Organising Our Policies

To make the manual easier to navigate, our policies are grouped into four categories:

  • Framework (OV) – documents that provide the compass, guide, index, and rules for the manual.
  • Core Policies (C) – foundations that anchor our culture, governance, and accountability.
  • Clinical Policies (CL) – policies that directly guide therapy delivery, documentation, and consent.
  • Supporting Policies (S) – policies that ensure consistency and professionalism across communication, branding, and service identity.

Together, these documents set out how we practise, how we care, and how we hold ourselves accountable — for families, funders, and for each other as a team.

Policy Index

All documents and policies were created and reviewed by the Clinical Director and will be reviewed annually.

Guide direct practice to ensure therapy, documentation, and consent are consistent, professional, and family-centred.

Supporting Policies (S)

Support consistency across communication, identity, and day-to-day operations.
